Lee M. Krug, MD
Dr. Krug is Director of the Mesothelioma Program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, heading a team of physicians and scientists developing and refining treatments for the disease. He also serves as co-director of Memorial Sloan-Kettering’s Medical Oncology/Hematology Fellowship Training Program, as well as Chair of the Science Advisory Board for the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation.
Dr. Krug received a medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and completed a residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology, and conducts clinical trials testing new drugs and treatment strategies for patients with lung cancer and mesothelioma.
