James V. Lettera, MD
Dr. Lettera is a thoracic and vascular surgeon whose specialties include the treatment of pulmonary and esophageal malignancies (such as mesothelioma). He practices medicine in the Bridgeport and Norwalk community of Connecticut, where he’s associated with the Connecticut Vascular & Thoracic Surgical Associates, Bridgeport Hospital, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
A native of New York, Dr. Lettera attended medical school at Georgetown University, was a resident at St. Vincent’s Hospital & Medical Center (New York), and completed his fellowship at the University of Miami School Of Medicine. He is board-certified in general and thoracic surgery and certified in robotic thoracic surgery. Dr. Lettera is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
